This is a study of the body measurements of children of Caucasian origin, for the development of standard childrenswear sizing, to include babies, girls and boys.
The key conclusion of the study is that sizing by height is the most accurate sizing method and is therefore the recommended option for retail purposes (in centimetre measurements), with age references serving only as additional information.
Details of this new sizing method which has many advantages for manufacturers, buyers and at point of sale are being distributed across the sector by ASEPRI.
